What if I am unsure about Counselling/Therapy?

What if I can not afford your fees?

Please make contact with me and we can discuss this in more detail. There are certain circumstances where I am able to make concessions for clients. 

Are you near to a tube station?

South Kensington: I am a five minute walk from South Kensington tube station or two mins from Gloucester Rd.

Finchley Road: I am a ten minute walk from West Hampstead tube station and Finchley Road tube station.

Is there Parking nearby?

South Kensington: There is a Car park on Reece Mews which is a two minute walk away. Some pay and displays are available.

Finchley Road: There is parking in the surrounding roads although some restrictions do apply at certain times of day. Some pay and displays are available in the area.

Will anyone know I am seeing a Counsellor/ Therapist

Counselling is a confidential service and I would not speak to anyone about you without your written permission. Sometimes we may decide it would be useful to work alongside other health professionals such as a doctor or psychiatrist.

There are only a few exceptions where I  am legally obliged to break confidentiality which include the following:

A client being a risk to self or others

Child protection issues

Involvement in acts of terrorism. 

What is your cancellation policy?

I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy otherwise the full fee is charged.
